Facilitation

  • We use Coaching / Action Learning / Intact teams to ensure learning is transferred on the job
  • This is done by EWC or EWC can support establish these mechanisms

Engagement Sign Off

  • EWC evaluates the outcomes with the organization
  • We use Kirck Patricks Model for evaluation
